A small mountain town with a very big backyard.

Big Sky is home to about 3,100 year-round residents, three stop lights, and the largest ski resort in the country by acreage. It sits at the top of the Gallatin Canyon, about an hour from Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport and an hour from Yellowstone National Park. Winters are for skiing. Summers are for the river, the trails, and Thursday night concerts in the park.

About

I moved here thirteen years ago and never got around to leaving.

I came to Montana for the skiing and the rivers, got my real estate license nine years ago, and have spent every year since selling in Bozeman and Big Sky. Somewhere north of $80 million in career sales, most of it in the luxury market.

Most of my clients come from somewhere else. I know what it’s like to look at Big Sky from the outside and try to work out where you’d actually fit, whether a club community makes sense, and what a winter up the canyon really asks of you. That’s what the guide is for. There’s nothing attached to it.

What clients say

In their words.

  • “Amelia was truly amazing to work with. She went above and beyond what I could ever expect from an agent. She is extremely responsive, supportive, and thorough. She makes buying a home a seamless transaction that would make me want to buy 1,000 more. We will definitely use her again in the future!”

    Lindsey C. · Client · 2026

  • “Above and beyond is an understatement! Amelia was a joy to work with as we navigated the turbulent tides of the real estate market in Bozeman in 2026. She had a solution for every obstacle we encountered along the way and even helped us with local contractors to handle the remodeling objectives we looked to do post closing. I wish she worked in Colorado so we could have had her sell the home we moved from. We will definitely be using her on our next endeavor if and when it arrives!”

    Nate C. · Client · 2026

  • “We worked with Amelia over the course of 4 years — first to purchase a condo for our college student, and later to sell it in a tough oversaturated market. Even though the market conditions worked against us, she stayed positive, professional and supportive through the sales process. She is easy to work with, responsive and genuinely has her client’s best interests at heart. We highly recommend her for both buying and selling!”
